Do I feed my body or my soul

Feeding one makes me a glutton , a materialist

Feeding the other makes me a mystic , a spiritualist

What a fine line I must travel not to land on either

A middle path , a path of temperance


Do I feed the male in me or the female

Feeding one makes me forever macho , alpha male

Feeding the other makes me marimacho , alpha female

The middle path is paved with difficult labors 

A hermaphrodite , a path of temperance
