How to make a curry
Its done with patience
Never in a hurry

Ingredients are simple :
     The usual suspects , plus
     a pinch of love
     a grinding of teeth
     a tablespoon of resolve
     some shuteye time
Just remember
Never be in a hurry

Chop the aromatics
Grind the spices
Fry meat with golden onions
Simmer all in a crock-pot
Relax in a rocker , watch a movie
Do pilates , water the plants
Feel free to take a nap
Just do not hurry


Recipe is complete
Now dish it out , remember
Hurry never makes curry
